Therapy is a mental health service that delves into experiences that contribute to mental health issues and helps individuals and couples heal from symptoms that are causing distress. Therapy services are confidential, legally protected, and only available in Indiana at this time.
Coaching is a forward-focused process aimed at helping individuals and couples reach their personal and relationship goals. We will work together to identify strengths, set objectives, and develop actionable plans. Whether it's improving communication, repairing trust, or cultivating connection, I will work to help you feel empowered to take proactive steps toward positive change.
Consulting provides specialized expertise and guidance to address specific relationship challenges or concerns. I will offer insights, strategies, and recommendations to help resolve issues efficiently. This is a results-driven approach and can be valuable for couples seeking practical solutions to relationship dilemmas or businesses looking to improve team dynamics.
I use my training and education in every service that I offer and take a trauma informed perspective that shows up as client-centered and collaborative. In everything I do, I will ask clients to be curious about their experiences as they work to learn about themselves in ways that creates openings for positive change.
I offer sessions that range from 90 minutes to 6 hours hour for individuals, couples, and families (kids must be 13+ to participate in family sessions). The efficiency and productivity of these sessions makes the investment attractive to those who do not have enough flexibility or time in their schedule to commit to regularly scheduled sessions.
Couples work is unique and vulnerable. I work to help couples communicate more effectively and learn how to improve their physical and emotional connections while juggling the challenges of life. Initial couples sessions are a minimum of 2 hours.
WALK & TALK
Exercise and being in nature are known to help improve mental health and I have found many clients relax and are able to be more open when we are walking outside which is why I love walk & talk sessions. These are particularly great sessions for people who are experiencing depression or anxiety.
My goal is to make sure you are getting what you want out of your sessions. I do this by working collaboratively with you to identify your goals and then work through the barriers that are preventing you from reaching your goals until we find the solutions you are looking for.
Relational Coaching & Consulting
As a coach and consultant, my focus is the development and implementation of strategies to reach client-identified goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. We will utilize personal strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, motivational skills, and other techniques to help you achieve your goals and develop your emotional intelligence in ways that help you grow personally and professionally. I offer individual, couples, and corporate packages.
