SERVICES I OFFER
If a weekly appointment does not feel like a good fit, intensive therapy may be a better option for you. I offer 3, 5, & 7 hour sessions for individuals, couples, and families (kids must be 13+). While these sessions are not covered by insurance, their efficiency and productivity makes the investment attractive to those who do not have enough flexibility or time in their schedule to commit to weekly sessions.
WALK & TALK
Exercise and being in nature are known to help improve mental health and I have found many clients relax and are able to be more open when we are walking outside which is why I love walk & talk sessions. These are particularly great sessions for people who are experiencing depression or anxiety.
My goal as a therapist is to make sure you are getting what you want out of your sessions. I do this by working collaboratively with you to identify your goals and then work through the barriers that are preventing you from reaching your goals until we find the solutions you are looking for.
Couples work is unique and often intimate. I work to help couples communicate more effectively and learn how to improve their physical and emotional connections while juggling the challenges of life.
